We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming — follow @arcflexfit for the announcement.
Cost
Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. Below $75, standard shipping is a flat $6.95. Any express options and rates are shown at checkout.
Timing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Address changes & cancellations
Email customerserviceus@arcflexfit.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll catch it before it ships. After dispatch, use our free 30-day return instead.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
