Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $6.95. Express options are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We're launching US-first. International shipping is coming — follow @arcflexfit for the announcement.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags on. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Start a return for the original size and place a new order for the size you need — that guarantees your size doesn't sell out while the exchange travels. Email us and we'll make it smooth.
An item arrived damaged. What now?
We stand behind every stitch. Email a photo to customerserviceus@arcflexfit.com within 14 days and we'll replace it, no return shipping needed.
Sizing
How does ARCFLEX fit?
True to size with an athletic cut. If you're between sizes: size up for a relaxed fit, stay with your usual size for a performance fit. FlexKnit™ has true 4-way stretch, so it moves with you either way.

Orders & Payment
How do I track my order?
Click the tracking link in your shipping email, or log into your account to see order status and history.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll catch it before it ships. After that, use the free 30-day return once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — all processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
