Return & Refund Policy

30-day free returns

Not right? Return it within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by use may not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email customerserviceus@arcflexfit.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want — that guarantees your replacement doesn't sell out while the return is in transit.

Damaged or defective items

We stand behind every stitch. If an item arrives damaged or a seam fails, email a photo to customerserviceus@arcflexfit.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return shipping required.
